Coming from NYC I had moved multiple times ( five times in 10 years) where I had used realtors before and have had some bad experiences with. When My boyfriend and I recently decided to move from NYC to LA we knew we needed a realtor there was no escaping. We needed a realtor who would be willing to look at apartments for us and keep our budget in mind as we moved blindly from East Coast to West Coast. Stephanie and her team were up for the challenge! After our initial conversation with her where we told her our plan to move, she and her team quickly got to work. I will add that Stephanie was 100% honest, professional, and personable. We dug her East Coast vibes as she's originally from my boyfriends home state and trusted her immediately. We knew she had our best interest in mind and wanted us to find a cozy place to call a home when we got here. Her team set up a virtual portal where we could approve properties that we wanted them to vet for us and they were incredibly thorough, quick to respond to our questions, and included LOTS of pictures! (very helpful when your moving cross country) For a couple with a limited budget she was able to help us find a lovely apartment in the San Fernando Valley which is where we now call home. She helped us negotiate our rent, was in constant communication with us, and was just an all star through out the whole process. We found an apartment within a few weeks vs probably months if we had tried to do it ourselves. Stephanie even went so far as to resolve an issue immediately that we had in the apartment when we got there. She gave us a sincere apology and worked her magic to make our home feel and LOOK even better. We couldn't have been more happy with her and her team.
